Someone had removed my drivers door and steering gear box. At that point, many people were calling them about it and a friend in New Mexico asked me why my car was in the magizine. They saw the little Vega and wrote up a one page about how cool they used to be. I had bought the Vega from a very well known wrecking yard and had it put away there when Car Craft was doing a story in town. It has its 2 liter motor with re-buildable head but no intake or exhaust. The front lower valance and rear taillight panels will need to be replaced (these are available from suppliers like Classic Alfa in the UK). As is evident in the photos, there is no trunk floor or spare tire well. When I first got the car I replaced the outer rockers. It came with the roll bar and a set of plexi side windows. The car has a new Full Rear Quarter on the passenger side and a lower quarter skin that is in the beginning stages of being installed on the drivers side. It has a 350 engine sitting in it with a Edelbrock Intake,we have no details on the engine (it does turn over). Rear Frame rails and Ladder bar suspension have been tack welded into the car just so the car is moveable. What is seen with the car is what comes with it.
